MCLE 5 SCHEDULE for Aug 6-7, 2015

The next two (2) days of MCLE is scheduled on August 6 and 7, 2015 at the Meadowood Executive Subdivision Clubhouse in Bacoor, Cavite.  Just follow the signages.

August 6 starts at 8:15 on the Topic of Same Sex Marriage: an overview of its Legal Status in Some Foreign Jurisdictions.  Lecturer is Justice Zenaida N. Elepaño for 2.5 Units. The day will also tackle the Environmental Law with Atty. Domingo Egon Q. Cayosa for 1 unit.  In the afternoon Atty. Cayosa will continue the lecture for added 1.5 units on the same topic.  Atty. Cayosa will also lecture on Alternative Dispute Resolution  for 2 units.  Thereafter Atty. Ma. Milagros N. Fernan-Cayosa  will lecture on Judicial and Bar Council Processes for 2 units.

On August 7 Atty. Jim V. Lopez returns for 2 units of Legal Writing and 2 units of Oral Advocacy.  In the Afternoon Atty. Jose Aguila Grapilon with lecture on the updates in Public International Law for 2 units; and Atty. Erickson H. Balmes returns from his previous Legal Ethic’s lecture to tackle Updates in Commercial Law.

Raffle prizes await in the fellowship that will follow after the lecture of August 7.

IBP Cavite assures all participants on these days that our airconditioning will be excellent and that the food will be superb as always.

On behalf of the Board of Officers and Directors, and members of the INTEGRATED BAR OF THE PHILIPPINES CAVITE CHAPTER, we extend our deepest sympathy to the bereaved family of the late ATTY. FRANCO L. LOYOLA, who passed away this morning, August 12, 2014 in Dasmarinas City, Cavite.

His remains lie in state at #44 N. Gueverra St., Dasmarinas City, Cavite (residence).

Interment will be on Wednesday, August 20, 2014.
