To all Fellow SLR Officers and Members,
Please take note of the forthcoming House of Delegates Convention on January 28-30, 2010 to be held at the Legend Hotel in Puerto Princesa City, Palawan.
One of the topics that will be discussed during the plenary session will be the proposed amendments to the IBP By-Laws anent the creation of IBP Chapters per component city within the NCR, the creation of two (2) additional IBP Regions to increase the regions from the existing 9 to 11, the re-distribution of existing chapters and new chapters to the appropriate region.
Your Governor co-chairs with Gov. Cabrera of Bicolandia the Committee on review of IBP By-Laws with members, NAtional Secretary Tom Prado and Legal Aid National Director Rose Reyes.
Formal communication on this matter will be sent to your Chapters anytime now to give you ample time to discuss with your Board and members.
